Nurtured Nest Learning Co — Terms of Service & Licensing Agreement

Welcome to Nurtured Nest Learning Co (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing any digital product, you agree to the following legally binding Terms of Service and Licensing Agreement.

1. Intellectual Property & Strict Licensing

All digital products—including printables, templates, worksheets, curriculum, graphics, lesson plans, eBooks, activities, PDFs, and any downloadable files—are the exclusive intellectual property of Nurtured Nest Learning Co and are fully protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

When you purchase a digital product from Nurtured Nest Learning Co, you are purchasing a license to use the product, not ownership of the product itself.

2. License Type: PERSONAL + SINGLE-CLASSROOM USE ONLY

Unless a separate commercial license is purchased, you are granted ONLY the following rights:

✔️ Personal Use

For use within your own home with your own children.

✔️ Single-Classroom Use

Teachers may use the files for one classroom only, not multiple classrooms or schools.

❌ 3. Prohibited Uses (Strict Enforcement)

Without explicit written permission or a purchased commercial license, you MAY NOT:

🚫 Share, email, or send files

to friends, co-workers, other parents, or teachers.

🚫 Upload, post, or distribute files online

including Facebook groups, Pinterest boards, Google Drive, or any public storage.

🚫 Resell, license, or redistribute

any digital content—modified or unmodified.

🚫 Use the materials for commercial gain

such as:

  • Selling on Etsy

  • Selling on Teachers Pay Teachers

  • Including materials in paid workshops

  • Bundling with other products

  • Offering as a bonus or freebie in your own products

🚫 Use the content to create competing or derivative products

including:

  • Lesson plans

  • Curriculum

  • Templates

  • Activity books

  • Printables

Even if modified, rewritten, or redesigned, derivative work is strictly prohibited.

🚫 Use the products in a daycare, school, homeschool co-op, or children’s program

beyond one teacher / one classroom without purchasing a proper commercial/group use license.

4. Commercial, Program, or Group Licensing

If you wish to use Nurtured Nest Learning Co materials for:

  • A daycare

  • A preschool

  • A co-op

  • A tutoring business

  • A homeschool group

  • A school district

  • A digital product or service

You must purchase a Commercial or Organizational License.

5. No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.
We do not accept:

  • Refunds

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Cancellations

If a file is corrupted or inaccessible, we will replace it.

6. File Access & Technical Issues

If you have trouble accessing files, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can assist.

7. Removal of Access

We reserve the right to revoke access to purchased products without refund if you violate this licensing agreement.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Sharing files

  • Redistributing downloads

  • Posting files publicly

  • Commercial misuse

  • Creating derivative works

Violators may be subject to legal action.

8. Modifications to Products

Products may be updated, improved, or modified.
Purchases include access to the version available at the time of purchase.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Nurtured Nest Learning Co is not responsible for:

  • Tech issues on your device

  • Loss of files on your system

  • Print quality issues caused by your printer

We provide files as-is and guarantee functioning digital delivery.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and U.S. federal copyright law.
